David Brody is an associate in Sherin and Lodgen’s employment law group and litigation department. He represents individuals in a wide range of matters, including wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, and contract negotiation and enforcement. David has represented employees in both federal and state courts in Massachusetts and in Public Hearings before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) and the Civil Service Commission.
Prior to joining the firm, David worked for several years at an employment law firm in Boston, where he focused on representing individuals in employment disputes and litigation.
A graduate of Suffolk University Law School, cum laude, David received multiple awards for oral advocacy, including winning the National Moot Court Region One Competition.
