Boutique litigation and trial firm located in Newton seeks an associate with 0 - 3 years of experience.
The firm specializes in plaintiff-side representation - predominantly employment and personal injury.
The associate will conduct legal research, draft and respond to discovery requests, gather information from clients, interview clients, prepare for and take depositions, participate in motion practice and at trials, and generally help support the practice and its three Massachusetts attorneys. The associate will participate in firm meetings, discuss case strategy, and play a key role in the firm.
The associate should have a particular desire to practice plaintiff-side litigation and advocate for those who have been harmed by Defendants' conduct and actions.
Salary commensurate with experience. Bonuses are paid at year end.
